Pharaoh Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pharaoh platform, including the website at pharaoh.biz, all associated services, games, sportsbook, and account features. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pharaoh under these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of pharaoh after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Pharaoh is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.
Pharaoh reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. If verification documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable time, access to the account — including withdrawals — may be suspended until the verification process is completed.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the pharaoh platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use any form of cheating tool or bot.
- Creating accounts for purposes other than legitimate personal gaming use.
- Using another person's account, payment method, or identity without authorization.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.

Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on pharaoh — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method is valid, active, and registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. These limits are displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may be affected by your account's verification status and VIP tier level.
Pharaoh does not accept payments from third parties on your behalf. Any funds received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to you may be frozen pending investigation. We reserve the right to reverse transactions where fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.

6. Limitation of Liability
Pharaoh provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed odds or results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pharaoh shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from incorrect use of the platform or failure to follow these Terms.
- Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
- Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional details.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits pharaoh's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Gaming outcomes are determined by chance and certified processes — no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Pharaoh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within required timeframes.
- Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
- Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
- Extended account inactivity, as defined in the platform's inactivity policy.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.

Pharaoh does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party service. Accessing third-party services from the platform is at your own risk and subject to those parties' own terms.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
